Each plan includes send credits, mailbox limits, contact limits, workspace limits, team-seat limits, and feature permissions. Free users start with a default workspace and can upgrade when they need more capacity.
Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right users, managing access, and ensuring team members follow these terms. Plan limits may block additional workspaces or seats until the account upgrades.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Dodo Payments and can be managed through available plan controls. Local plan access is based on verified payment and subscription status.
Users control connected SMTP, IMAP, and OAuth mailboxes and are responsible for credentials, provider limits, content, bounce handling, and mailbox reputation.
Email open tracking, reply fetching, safe import, validation checks, AI script generation, and scheduling are provided to support outreach operations. Results are informational and do not guarantee delivery, replies, or revenue.
