What does Sonar do?
Sonar helps users upload contacts, connect mailboxes, launch campaigns, fetch replies manually, and track lead statuses inside campaigns.
Is Sonar a full CRM?
No. It includes lightweight campaign CRM features, but it is intentionally not an enterprise CRM.
Sending
How does sending work?
Users connect SMTP mailboxes and choose which mailboxes are included in each campaign.
What is provider matching?
When possible, Sonar tries to match sender and recipient providers before falling back to rotation.
Contacts
Are contacts modified by campaign actions?
No. Campaign-specific statuses, notes, replies, and outreach history live on campaign leads.
Are follow-ups supported?
Yes. Manual follow-ups are available on paid plans and require a new follow-up script.
Billing
Can I start free?
Yes. Free includes 100 monthly send credits, one mailbox, contact uploads, basic campaigns, and reply fetching.
