Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and similar known providers can be identified and shown with provider-specific branding.
Mailbox setup
Mailboxes are sender accounts used for campaign delivery and reply fetching.
- Each mailbox stores SMTP and IMAP host, port, security mode, username, and credentials.
- SMTP testing sends a test email to the recipient chosen by the user.
- IMAP testing confirms the inbox can be accessed for reply matching.
- Inactive mailboxes should not be used by campaign sending.
Provider detection
Custom domains
Custom professional emails use the site favicon through Google static favicon lookup when a provider logo is not available.
Deliverability behavior
- Campaigns only use mailboxes explicitly included in that campaign.
- Mailbox rotation spreads sends across selected mailboxes.
- Provider matching tries to pair sender and recipient providers when possible, then falls back to normal rotation.
